You can expect a fresh, tidy home that’s ready for regular maintenance. If you have any special requests, just let me know beforehand!

• Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

The choice is yours, I'm fully equipped with vacuum cleaners, mops, brushes, cleaning products and everything in between. However if you'd like me to use your equipment, I'd be happy to do so.
I have carpet washers and fabric steamers and if you require these services please let me know beforehand as I don't usually have them with me.

• Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

You don't need to be home during the cleaning, but it’s entirely up to you. Many clients prefer to be out and return to a freshly cleaned home, while others like to be present. If you're not home, we can discuss access arrangements to ensure everything runs smoothly. Either way, I’ll make sure your home is well taken care of!

There’s no need to prepare much before your cleaning session, but a few small things can help me work more efficiently. If you can, tidying up personal items like clothing, toys, or dishes helps me focus on deep cleaning.
